These were all written on an HP100LX palmtop, with MASM installed on a
ramcard. Most were written AS they were being assigned, sitting in the
back of the class. None are particularly impressive tho.

I don't remember, but I suspect 'pcmac.inc' is provided by MASM.
I need to dig my copy out and find out.

For that matter, I should port these to something I can compile under
linux.
